I had an issue with my shipment arriving via USPS. I emailed in with my concern - package was sent priority mail but due to delays, won't get here in the viability window. My email was returned within the same day, with an offer to refund shipping and potentially send a new package of the dinos if they did not arrive healthy. These were a special gift, and I was worried they would never arrive and I'd be out of luck. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially with all of the backlog and stress that companies have been under due to COVID, USPS delays etc. I was very appreciative of how attentive they were and how they followed through on their guarantee. I would recommend ordering from them to anyone

The product never arrived (FedEx), I assume everything died and was returned to the store. I was very upset by this outcome.
