Dinoflagellate Habitat

Here is a short clip of dinoflagellates (Dinos) in motion.  These PyroDinos (Pyrocystis fusiformis) are not motile (i.e. not self-propelled).  In this short clip, the PyroDinos are being stirred while they are being filmed.  The name 'fusiformis' is in refernce to thier spindle (tapering at both ends) shape.
