A Living Bioluminescent Display

Your PyroPet arrives with two pouches of live PyroDinos, enough culture to nearly fill the orb and create a vibrant living display. These remarkable organisms are a species of dinoflagellate plankton that naturally emit light when stimulated. PyroDinos follow a natural circadian rhythm, absorbing light during the day and glowing at night when disturbed—just like the glowing waves that appear on beaches in places like California, Puerto Rico, and the Maldives.
